RGPD - Processing personal data

In France, the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) requires concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible information so that you can understand why and how your personal data is used. Tiliade is therefore committed to providing you with all the elements necessary for this proper understanding.

Where do we collect your data?

The website collects your personal data in only two places:

In calls for projects if you wish to participate.
In the contact form on the contact page.

Information technology and freedom

The information collected in the contact forms is sent by e-mail to the Tiliade team. The data collected will then be communicated only to the recipients concerned by your own request.

The data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaire must be provided in order to best process your request.

They are kept for the period necessary to process your request. It is then archived for 10 years.

You may access, rectify or request the deletion of your personal data at any time, or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.

To exercise these rights, or if you have any questions about the processing of your data under this system, please contact Mrs Anne Merlin or Mr Maxime Lindon.

If, after contacting us, you feel that your “Informatique et Libertés” rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the French CNIL department.
